On a saturday night in our household we always argue about what is going to be on the TV. Whilst some people like to play Great British Bingo others like to go to the pub. We however argue about if its Strictly or X-Factor. So rock and roll now we have kids.
So as I am the Strictly lover I thought I would take you through a history of the show. I am sure many of you love Strictly come dancing too, especially this year with Peter Andre. Any of you who don’t watch it… The show is basically a professional dancer and a celebrity, who then get judged and scored on their dancing skills. Each week one couple then gets voted off by the public, until we are left with a winner at the end.
Can you believe that Strictly has whizzed through 12 series (currently on the 13th now) and first coming to our screens in May 2004. I have to say I love Sir Bruce Forsyth presenting and was gutted when he left back at the end of series 11. We now have Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman presenting the main Saturday night show. We have seen tears, tantrums, bad dancing, romances and break ups. So I thought rather than writing I would take you through with some pictures and fun facts from the years…

Strictly easily! We cannot stand the average-at-best talent on the X Factor!
I have not watched Strictly before! Usually watch the X-Factor but not enjoying it this year so I think I might switch channels for something new.
