Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs

Another Delicious favourite of ours is the slow cooker BBQ ribs. I have started using the slow cooker a lot recently. With being back at work 2 days a week now, it is nice to come home to dinner already cooked and waiting to be eaten. This is a great one to bung in the slow cooker in the morning and come home to later that evening. Here we have slow cooker BBQ ribs…

  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4TBSP white wine vinegar
  • 3TSP oregano
  • 1TSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBSP Cayenne pepper
  • 1TBSP chilli powder
  • Baby Back Ribs

Mix together in a bowl the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, white win vinegar, oregano, worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and chilli powder.

Salt and pepper the ribs, put in the slow cooker and pour over the sauce. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

Just put the in the slow cooker…

Just finished cooking…

The meat is so tender it literally fell off the bone. You can then add what ever you like to eat with it. We had onion rings, homemade wedges and sweetcorn.

and enjoy…
