Tuesday
Homemade Chicken Tikka skewers with corn on the cod and roasted veg.

Wednesday
Paprika Chicken, with Rice and salad

Thursday
Panini, Minute steak, red onion and nandos hot sauce.

Friday
Red Thai chicken curry, with rice.

Saturday
Homemade Stirfry, Carrots, sugarsnap peas, broccoli, beanshoots, courgette,sweetcorn. with noodles and Oyster Sauce

Sunday
Roast Chicken with veg and homemade yorkshire puddings
