Over the last year we have really enjoyed working with Learning resources. We have reviewed some fantastic games and this one is another fantastic one.
There are many different Gears Gears Gears sets but we reviewed Robot Factory with my 5 year old. This set is aimed at children aged 4-8 years old. With its bright colours and fun Robot faces this is one I knew the kids would love. Although Bubs age 2 wanted to get involved it really is to old for him to build, he could however make the cogs work once it was built up.
Little man loved building it up and had so much fun playing with it after it was built up. So whats included in the set…
- Plastic cranes
- plastic gears
- base pieces
- robot figures
This set helps to develop fine motor skills, understanding cause and effect, hands on learning. You can also mix and match to build it differently each time.
Little Man who is 5 really enjoyed building up the set, although he is 5 he did still need some help from me but ultimately he did it himself and I helped him pick out the correct pieces. The box is really sturdy and can be used to store the pieces in when not playing with them.
This is another fantastic item from Learning resources and it is an activity that will get a lot of use from us. Once Little Man has grown out of it Bubs will love to play with it, as I said above he already loves turning the gears and seeing them spin.
