Drumond Park Gee Whizz review and giveaway

IMG_5305 I remember when I was young and one Christmas Santa bought me a magic set. I played and played and played with it so much until it was so worn out. So when my Little man asked for a magic set last year I was over the moon. I thought he was maybe a bit young back then, so now is the perfect time for my little magician to show off his skills. Drumond park sent us Gee Whizz to have a play with, or should I say put on a Vegas worthy show with. This magic set says it is for children ages 5+ In the box…

  • Flying Parrot
  • Super Spinning Discs
  • Shadow cards
  • Colour changing coin
  • Who’s bigger than who cards
  • Magic flower wand
  • Super Dice Tunnel
  • Coin Saucer
  • Zig Zag rope
  • Parrot in a cage
  • Magic card case
  • Firework glasses

IMG_5306 Inside the box is an instruction booklet which is really handy for some of the tricks. The booklet is really easy to understand and learn how to do each trick. Some tricks you will not need the instruction booklet. IMG_5307 We have a family party coming up and Little Man and I are practicing our Vegas worthy show to impress all of our family. I am sure they will be blown away. I must also say that the tricks are very good quality. Some magic sets I have seen are cheap, nasty and the tricks really are not great. However with Gee Whizz the tricks really are great. Some of them I was actually amazed and thought how fantastic they are. Little Man is finding the tricks OK to do by himself. He does need some help with how to do them the first time and then once he knows away he goes. I would really love to try the magic flower wand trick . This magic set looks and sounds incredible . Me and my two boys age 5 and 6 are keen to try and learn magic , we have tried before unsuccessfully due to really poor quality , bad and quite expensive magic sets , so this would really restore our faith in magic sets. It is great to finally hear about a good quality set that you can actually do good tricks with.
