Yummy Yummy Yummy… Who loves Fajitas?? We usually save this meal for a Friday or Saturday night. We use it as a kind of takeaway night meal. I usually pile mine so full that I can’t really shut it up!
- red and yellow peppers
- red onion
- grated carrot
- sour cream (optional)
- Cajun spice (optional)
- green jalepinos
I always prep the filling first. Slice the pepper thinly, grate the carrots, cut the cucumber, tomato red onion and lettuce. I then add all the ingredients into separate bowls. Put to one side as these are all ready to add to your wrap.
Put the oven on low, use foil to cover the wraps and put in the oven to warm
Cut the chicken into slices and cover in cajun spice. Fry in the wok until cooked. Once the chicken is cooked get the wraps out from the oven and serve to your liking. I spread on the salsa, add the veg then the chicken and sour sauce and wrap up.
